(1) Section 27 of the Act may establish a center in coordination with the Nepalese government or the local level.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) Nepal will arrange the necessary resources and means for the operation of the permanent care center or make necessary arrangements through the provincial government or the local level. (3) Bye-law (Despite what is written in 9107, the provincial government or the local level can establish and operate a care center from their own resources) according to Hafre 27.
(4) Disabled, helpless persons, orphans, disabled persons and senior citizens are not required to pay any fee while staying in such care centers established and operating in accordance with the Act, 0% Yamawali and other prevailing laws. 1)
